At Keychron Polska, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance mechanical keyboard and accessories. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Package the Product

  Ensure the device is in its original condition and packaging, including all keycaps, cables, and tools provided in the box.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our processing center in Poland.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
